My Portfolio
Coordinating people, resources, timelines, and processes to turn ideas into structured, achievable outcomes.

Coordination of the AfroON Project in partnership with AMBEV. Development of a project within the 100+ Accelerator Program, an open innovation program, with the challenge of bringing together small entrepreneurs and large companies. Therefore, I designed, planned, managed, and measured the AfroOn Project, a free online training and mentoring platform with high-level managers. In this sense, I managed a team with 4 people from different areas, designed a learning path, and scripted and recorded 30 pieces of content including videos and lives.
Results: in two months we had 130 people enrolled on the platform, 100 of them just with the pre-launch, we offered 63 content, 34 people with tracks in progress, 2 immersions, and 09 events with the Ambev team.

Services Provided
Instructional Design | Content Curation | Educational Content Production & Recording | Mentorship
Service Description
Responsible for the design and development of the pedagogical architecture of the Juntas Transformamos Award training program, an initiative by Instituto Avon focused on strengthening social impact projects led by Avon Representatives and Beauty Entrepreneurs. The work involved applying impact-oriented instructional design methodologies to translate complex topics — such as gender-based violence prevention and breast cancer awareness — into accessible, practical, and context-based learning experiences.
The methodological process included literature research, mapping of existing content, audience profiling through listening and analysis tools, and strategic content curation. Based on these stages, pedagogical scripts were developed, learning pathways were structured, educational content was recorded, and mentorship sessions were conducted to support the practical application of knowledge within participants’ communities.
Results
Development of a structured, human-centered, and action-oriented learning journey that contributed to strengthening participants’ competencies in social leadership, project management, and community engagement. The work supported the technical qualification of participants and enhanced the potential for scalability and sustainability of women-led social impact projects across diverse territories in Brazil.
