Design and implementation of a learning journey focused on the economic inclusion of Black women.
Scope of work:
Development of an entrepreneurship training pathway
Project management and stakeholder coordination
Facilitation using participatory methodologies
The program combined entrepreneurial training with technical skills in hair braiding, fostering income generation, economic autonomy, and cultural empowerment.

- Hair Braid of Salvador who wanted to develop their business providing online Workshops
- Women who want to become hair braids offering presential courses to learn this perspective of work
