For over a decade, I've worked at the intersection of strategy, learning & development, and program management — designing and running initiatives that turn complex challenges into structured, executable programs. I don't just recommend a direction; I build the path and help make it happen.
My work moves across three territories: entrepreneurship ecosystems, corporate learning, and social impact. I've partnered with startups and accelerators to develop founders and ecosystems, designed instructional experiences and training programs for corporate teams, and led multi-stakeholder initiatives for organizations working toward social change — always combining the same three capabilities: strategic design, learning experiences, and hands-on program execution. Whatever the challenge, my role is the same: understand it, design the response, and structure the way to deliver it — with the rigor of strategy, the depth of learning design, and the discipline of execution.
The beginning of my professional journey during my university years, shaped by volunteer work focused on gender equity, racial justice, and leadership development through international exchange. I contributed to organizations such as AIESEC, SEPROMI, and Bahia Street, strengthening my commitment to social transformation and inclusive leadership.
A deep dive into social innovation, with hands-on work designing more equitable and sustainable initiatives centered on gender and diversity. I collaborated with TODXS, Vale do Dendê, and Parque Social, developing projects that addressed complex social challenges through innovation and community engagement.
I focused on managing and expanding social innovation businesses, including the creation and growth of my own consultancy, AFROIMPACTO. My work centered on partner management in open innovation, diversity, and social impact, while deepening my expertise in instructional design and learning experiences. Key collaborations included Casa Mar, TODXS, and Múltiplas.
Advancing my work at the intersection of diversity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. My focus is on accelerating businesses led by and serving underrepresented communities, with emphasis on gender equity, racial justice, and LGBTQIAPN+ inclusion. I also design and facilitate inclusive leadership development programs. Notable partnerships include Impact Hub, Múltiplas, Darwin Startups, and the Ginga Afrotech initiative.
